FNPF-owned IHG Fiji Hotels Supports Inaugural Executive Leadership Program

3rd October 2024, Suva: Leadership Fiji is proud to announce a strategic partnership with FNFP-owned IHG Fiji Hotels & Resorts, including InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa, Grand Pacific Hotel and Holiday Inn Suva, marking a significant milestone in the launch of its inaugural Executive Leadership Program. This collaboration is aimed at empowering C-Suite and executive leaders in Fiji and enhancing leadership capabilities across various sectors.

This by-invitation-only Executive Leadership Program is tailored to provide a unique and transformative leadership development experience, aimed at fostering innovative solutions to the challenges faced by executives in today’s dynamic global and local environments. With a focus on strategic leadership and impactful decision-making, participants will engage in a series of intensive workshops, seminars, and experiential learning opportunities, including insights on governance, strategic thinking, and social responsibilities. The immersive sessions also feature speakers, experienced facilitators, and peer-to-peer learning opportunities.

The inaugural Executive Leadership Program first kicked off on 5th September. The second session continues at the Holiday Inn Suva on 3rd October to 5th October, with a series of engaging sessions designed to challenge and inspire participants.

The Executive Leadership Program covers 12-days that is spread over 4 months of immersive experiences.
