Adam Liston, the visionary behind Australia’s award-winning culinary institutions—Shōbōsho, ShoSho, Sora, and Mozza— is renowned for his mastery of smoke, fire, and modern Asian flavours. Together with hospitality entrepreneur Nate Scutter, this collaboration promises an immersive, high-energy dining experience that will push the boundaries of contemporary coastal cuisine.
