Styled in traditional South Pacific architecture the clubhouse is the ultimate vantage point for breathtaking views across the golf course, coral reefs and rolling surf breaks. No round will be complete without enjoying a meal and a beverage from the open air bar and restaurant.
Measuring 6,566 metres from the championship tees, the par 72 championship standard golf course boasts up to 5 tee positions on each hole, providing an enjoyable challenge to players of all skill levels.
Natadola Bay was officially opened for play in June 2009 with the staging of the Fijian Open, won by then Rookie Professional Matt Griffin. The course has since hosted the 2010 Fiji Open, the 2011 Nomura Cup and the 2012 Natadola Bay Fiji Classic.

Natadola Bay Championship Golf Course Upgrade
The InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort and Spa is pleased to advise that the Natadola Bay Championship Golf Course will be undergoing an upgrade. The upgrades and project design will continue to embrace the heritage of Natadola Bay and will re-open to exciting new features that not only modernize the course, but increase strategy and quality of the game for all skill levels.
The Golf Course is expected to close immediately after the 2016 Fiji International and anticipated to re-open by May 2017. The newly enhanced golf course will allow for a more premium golfing experience and will also allow for the staging of more quality international golfing events in Fiji.
The renovation will take place in stages so as to allow guests to continue to use the golf course. There will be a maximum of 9 hole playable at any one time with these holes changing as upgrades continue. During the renovation Natadola Bay Championship Golf Course will ensure that minimal disruption will occur to the 9 holes that will remain open for guests to enjoy. Further announcements will be made on this exciting project in the coming days.
