Local ID will be required at the point of check-in. Acceptable IDs are driver's licenses, voter's IDs, or passports. Failure to provide a local ID will default booking to rack rates.
Maximum persons for each booking is two adults and up to 2 children below 12 years and below. Where are the three children travelling, please get in touch with Reservations Team on +679 331 6265 for your booking. Children 13 years and above will be considered an adult. The extra adult rate is F$150.00 per night, inclusive of breakfast. This applies to new bookings only and not group/ contracted bookings.
Guests can add a maximum of 1 rollaway bed to a room with an existing 1 King Bed configuration. A rollaway cannot be added to a room with two double beds. The charge for a rollaway bed is F$150.00 per night, whether for a child or an adult. Place your request in the SPECIAL REQUEST section of the Reservation form. Baby cots can be added to a booking. Place your request in the SPECIAL REQUEST section of the Reservation form.
A credit card or VISA debit card is required to secure and complete your booking. No refunds are processed against an early check-out. Guests will forfeit any monies owing should they check out earlier than the appointed date against the Reservation. Should you wish to settle via online banking, the transfer must be made and cleared into our account before arrival. Any charges incurred to the room must be paid by cash or credit card upon check out.
CREDIT CARD VALIDATION
Credit card payments will incur a credit card merchant service fee in Fiji of 2.5%. Credit cards used at the point of reservation must be presented at check-in.
