Resort Location

Nestled amongst 35 acres of tropical gardens, InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort and Spa is located on the beautiful and picturesque Natadola Bay on Fiji’s main island of Viti Levu. Protected by a reef to create an aqua-blue ocean-facing lagoon, Natadola Beach has been voted one of the best beaches in the world.

Our Natadola beach resort combines captivating design, 266 rooms, world-class dining, a luxury spa, three swimming pools, an 18-hole championship golf course, a kid’s club, wedding pavilion, state of the art conference facilities as well as authentic Fijian hospitality and experiences combine to create one of the most magnificent luxury retreats in the South Pacific. InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa is the only five star resort positioned at the idyllic location that is Natadola Bay.

Fiji is made up of over 300 islands. White sandy beaches, swaying coconut palms and crystalline waters teeming with colorful marine life create the essence of a true island paradise.

As told by legends, the indigenous Fijians are descendants of the chief Lutunasobasoba and arrived with him on a canoe called the Kaunitoni more than 3500 years ago. Landing at what is now Vuda, the settlers moved inland to the Nakauvadra mountains.

Today, Fiji’s culture is a rich montage of indigenous Fijian, Indian, Polynesian, Chinese and European traditions, offering a wealth of authentic and enriching experiences in language, food, religious beliefs, architecture, arts, craft, music and dance.

Fiji can be enjoyed all year round because of its mild tropical climate. The dry season is from May – October when temperatures are cooler and there is less rainfall and humidity. Fiji has a mild average temperature of 25°C, however it can climb to above 30°C in summer (December and January).
