“The InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa is a delight for delegates, offering something for everyone, from the award winning Natadola Bay Championship Golf Course, to the luxurious treatments at Spa InterContinental, and of course our incredible Food & Beverage offerings,” said Mr Scott Williams, General Manager of the resort.
According to Mr Williams, “Our PCO famils not only give us a platform to showcase the extraordinary MICE experiences Natadola Bay has to offer, but most importantly it provide us with the opportunity to promote Fiji as an authentic MICE destination. Fiji is seeing renewed interest from the MICE market, as delegates rediscover the beautiful surrounds, famous Fijian hospitality, and our rich cultural heritage. We are proud to be a part of this process of discovery.”
The famil began with a traditional Fijian welcome, before drinks in Kama Lounge and dinner in Navo, the resort’s exquisite fine-dining restaurant. The PCOs explored the stunning grounds of the resort and the championship greens of the Natadola Bay course, home to the Fiji International; the newest tournament on the PGA Tour of Australasia.
The delegates shook things up in the afternoon with a cocktail making Masterclass in Kama Lounge followed by a Reef Safari snorkeling tour on the ever-beautiful Natadola Bay. InterContinental Fiji’s signature Cleopatra Bath Ritual completed the day for each attendee in the privacy of their Club InterContinental suites.
To complete the indulgent famil, the PCOs also had the chance to experience the excitement of the Sigatoga River Safari with Pacific Destinationz, before relaxing with a signature treatment at the indulgent Spa InterContinental.
