A milestone for the resort, and testament to their commitment to creating personal and unforgettable Fijian experiences for their guests, Mrs. & Mr. Martin who are seasoned world travellers, couldn’t think of a better place to celebrate the occasion.
“In 2010, when we checked into Club InterContinental for the first time, we fell in love with the place immediately,” said Mrs. Martin. “We were the first guests in the Club InterContinental facilities so we felt very special; it was like we had the place to ourselves and the undivided attention of the Itokani butlers. Comparing InterContinental Fiji with other hotels and destinations we have stayed at around the world, the Fijian people here are always so warm and gentle. It’s heart warming to see some old friends who looked after us from our first visit still here to greet us when we arrived.”
When asked her opinion on how the resort had been enhanced over the years, Mrs. Martin said that the resort’s signature restaurant, Navo was a new and welcome addition.
“It is an excellent idea to have an area dedicated to adults,” added Mrs. Martin. “It’s great to see how the resort is balancing both the family and couples markets so well.”
Erik Stuebe, General Manager of InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa, said, “It was a pleasure to welcome the Martins back to their home in paradise and we were honoured to be a part of their memorable occasion – we trust that had yet another wonderful InterContinental Fiji experience, and look forward to their next visit!”
