We understand that some people like tried and tested themes for their special events and some want something unique that you know your guests have never experienced before. ATS PACIFIC

The process starts with our proposal tailored for your requirements. Interactive floor plans allow you to fully visualise the event and tailor the room design and set-up from the convenience of your own PC . BOLLYWOOD NIGHT

During pre-dinner drinks, a cacophony of traditional Indian musicians appear and then guide the guests to the dining area. On arrival guests are welcomed with ladies dressed in traditional Indian attire blessing with candles, incense and the application of the bhindi. A red carpet guides to where a snake tamer stands with his snakes offering to place them on guests when they arrive so that they may be photographed.

MATA QALI (pronounced Mar-ta-garli) or Family Gathering

As guests are enjoying their pre dinner drinks a distant beating of the lali drum commences – the rhythmic tribal sound gets louder and stronger. Then a group of Fijian Warriors run in with fire lit torches and war clubs from all directions to round up the group and guide them towards the walk way to dinner – the guests discover that the path is lined with warriors beating drums in unison.

GALA MARTINI

Cocktails are served overlooking the torch lighting ceremony on the Kama beachfront, a trio plays cool tunes from a discreet corner whilst canapés are served. The Fijian Marching band performs in resplendent fashion and leads the guests in to dine.

ROSIE DMC

MOROCCAN

Guests arrive by camel train (golf buggies) to a lavishly set Moroccan desert trading post. An open air Moroccan marquee lavishly draped with exotic fabrics all brilliantly lit. Mosaic themed menus flavour the table along with skewered oranges and clay Diya’s of Moroccan spices. Low tables set with fine oriental cloth on scattered Persian rugs, camel skin lamps and orange scented candles send a soft glow across the table, guests are seated on large gilded cushions.

DAMUDAMU

Done Black & White? How about Simply Red – Damudamu (Fijian for red). A schmoozy red cocktail lounge poolside, where guests can meet and schmooze before dinner with champagne and strawbe
